From delicate focaccias to fresh Mediterranean salads, every bite reflects the coastal charm and culinary excellence the Principality is known for. All merchants are hand-selected for their authenticity, freshness, and deep ties to the region.

Throughout the weekend, guests will enjoy a rotating selection of fine local dishes such as: from foie gras mi-cuit on gingerbread toast to half-roasted lobster with herb butter, piperade with seared salmon, veal with confit eggplant and pine nuts, and smoked salmon with blinis and lemon cream.
Fresh shrimp salads with mango, melon and feta pair beautifully with crisp rosé and Champagne, served all day from our open bar. Even lighter fare such as parmesan sablés, marinated zucchini, citrus tuna tartlets showcase the Riviera’s blend of sophistication and sun-soaked simplicity.
